Ordering & Pricing Ordering, Giraffe Packs, pricing, checkout and payment
How do I order OBA Cookies?
Order directly through the OBA Cookies website. Choose from the cookies currently available, add them to Your Batch, and continue to checkout to select your available fulfillment option and complete payment.
What is a Giraffe Pack?
A Giraffe Pack is OBA’s build-your-own cookie box. Choose from the available flavors to put together a pack of cookies for yourself, to share, or to give as a gift.
What Giraffe Pack sizes are available?
OBA currently offers three sizes: the Lil Giraffe Pack with 3 cookies, Tall Giraffe Pack with 6 cookies, and Giraffe Feast with 13 cookies.
Can I choose the cookies in my Giraffe Pack?
Yes. Giraffe Packs are designed so you can choose from the cookie flavors available for that week. Availability still depends on the current inventory of each flavor.
How much do OBA Cookies cost?
Pricing depends on how you get your cookies, the type of cookie, and the pack or order you choose. Bertha, online ordering, Giraffe Packs, specialty cookies, custom orders, and events can have different pricing. Visit Pricing & Ordering for the current breakdown.
Why can prices be different between Bertha, online orders, and events?
OBA uses different pricing for different ways of getting cookies. Bertha serves the neighborhood through Grab-N-Go, while online orders reserve inventory ahead of pickup or delivery, and markets and events have their own operating costs. The Pricing & Ordering page explains the current prices for each option.
Why is there a timer during checkout?
When cookies are reserved for your checkout, they are temporarily held so another customer can’t purchase the same inventory while you complete your order. The timer shows how long that reservation remains active.
What happens if my checkout timer expires?
If the reservation expires before checkout is completed, the reserved cookies can be released back into available inventory. You may need to rebuild or update your batch before checking out.
Can a cookie sell out while I’m ordering?
Yes. OBA bakes in limited batches, so flavors can sell out. The reservation system is designed to temporarily hold available cookies once they enter the checkout reservation process, but availability is not final until the website confirms it.
What payment methods does OBA accept online?
OBA accepts supported credit and debit cards through our online checkout, which is processed securely by Square. Any additional payment options available for your device will appear during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before preorders close at 9 PM on Friday.
