This policy explains what information Olly’s Baked Assortments (“OBA Cookies,” “OBA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect through our website and services, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

We may receive information you choose to provide when you place an order, request pickup or delivery, contact OBA, submit a custom-order or event inquiry, or use an authorized Cookie Crew account.
- Contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Order and fulfillment information, including selected products, pickup details, delivery address, delivery notes, and order notes.
- Inquiry information you include in emails or contact-form requests, including custom-order, market, pop-up, event, collaboration, and support details.
- Authorized Cookie Crew account information used for staff authentication and password recovery.
2. Payment Information
OBA’s website is being integrated with Square for secure online payment processing. The current website checkout uses Square’s sandbox environment for testing and does not represent a live production card-payment transaction. When live online card payments are enabled, payment-card fields will be provided through Square’s payment technology, and OBA’s website will receive payment tokens and transaction results needed to complete an order rather than storing your full payment-card number in the website’s own cart code.
Square’s handling of payment information is governed by Square’s own privacy practices and terms.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Our website may collect basic technical and usage information when you visit, such as browser/device information, pages viewed, referring information, and interactions with the site. OBA currently uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and performance.
Google Analytics may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar browser technologies to help measure visits, usage patterns, and site performance.
The website also uses browser storage for functional purposes. For example, cart information is stored on your device so Your Batch can persist while you browse, and checkout may use temporary session storage to support a checkout attempt.
4. How We Use Information
- Process, prepare, fulfill, and support orders.
- Calculate or confirm eligible fulfillment options such as local delivery.
- Respond to questions, Custom Feast inquiries, event requests, collaborations, and other messages.
- Operate and secure authorized Cookie Crew tools, including authentication and password recovery.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the OBA website and customer experience.
- Prevent misuse, fraud, or security incidents and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may use service providers that process information as necessary to provide website and business functions. Current website functionality includes Square for payment-processing technology, Google Analytics for website analytics, Google services for maps/address functionality, and other providers for hosting/infrastructure and email. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
OBA does not sell personal information. If OBA’s practices materially change, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
6. Contact and Inquiry Messages
Messages sent to OBA may be delivered to ollysbakedassortments@gmail.com. Information in an inquiry is used to understand and respond to the request and, when relevant, to coordinate an order, event, pop-up, collaboration, or support issue.
7. Cookie Crew Accounts
Cookie Crew access is restricted to authorized OBA staff. Crew tools use account credentials and may process account identity, role information, sessions, and password-reset requests. Password-reset links are intended only for the authorized account holder.
Longneck customer accounts are still planned. Before customer accounts launch, OBA intends to update its account documentation and this Privacy Policy as needed to describe the information those accounts store and how it is used.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including order fulfillment, customer support, business records, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may differ by type of information and service provider.
9. Security
OBA uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small online business, including server-side processing for sensitive operations and third-party payment technology. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact OBA to ask questions about personal information you have provided, request corrections where appropriate, or ask about deletion of information that OBA is able and permitted to delete. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, legal obligations, security, or legitimate business purposes.
You can use your browser settings to limit or clear cookies and browser storage. Disabling functional browser storage may affect site features such as the shopping cart.
